Mentis Cura awarded EUR 1.5 million grant

We’re delighted to announce that Mentis Cura has been awarded the maximum EUR 1.5 million, two-year grant from the Research Council of Norway.

The grant is awarded through competitive application and review process.

“This grant award signifies the value of the work performed by our team at Mentis Cura” says CEO Dr Claire Button, “and the importance of finding more precise, faster and cheaper solutions for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of some of the most pressing health-care issues of our times, such as dementia and other neurological disorders.

Our unique brain health technology platform of both data and products provides insights into clinical development, including treatment selection, monitoring of treatment and assessment of therapeutic effectiveness. Our database and tools enable new novel drugs and medical devices to be developed faster and less expensively, meaning more patients are accurately diagnosed and correctly treated.

This grant allows us to continue to develop our digital medical devices and software as a service, expand our database and maximize its utility for robust diagnostic accuracy. We aim for strong clinical claims, supported by key opinion leaders and publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals. We’re very grateful to the Research Council for its support and remain determined to continue the work we’re doing to improve and save patients’ lives.”
